At The Correspondence Club, we stand behind everything we sell. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we'll make it right.

30-Day Happiness Guarantee

We offer a full 30-day happiness guarantee from the date your order is delivered. If you're unhappy with your kit for any reason, contact us within 30 days and we'll issue a full refund or send a replacement — your choice.

No forms to fill out. No lengthy back-and-forth. Just email us and we'll sort it.

How to Start a Return

Email us at info@CorrespondenceClub.co with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • A photo if the item arrived damaged

We'll respond within 24 hours with next steps.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your kit arrives damaged or defective, we'll send a replacement immediately at no cost to you. You do not need to return the damaged item.

Shipping Timeframes

Please note that our kits are shipped from our fulfillment partner and typically arrive within 8–14 days. We ask that you wait until day 15 before contacting us about a missing order, as packages are occasionally delayed in transit.

If your order has not arrived by day 20, contact us at info@CorrespondenceClub.co and we will investigate immediately and issue a replacement or full refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Opened wax bead refill packs are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and returned to your original payment method.
