Free Shipping on Every Order
We offer free shipping on all US orders. No minimum purchase required. No surprises at checkout.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of purchase. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number within 48 hours of shipment.
Delivery Time
Orders delivered to the United States typically arrive within 8–14 business days from the date of shipment. This timeframe accounts for our fulfillment and shipping process.
We ask that you allow the full 14 business days before contacting us about a delayed order. If your order has not arrived by day 20, please email us at info@CorrespondenceClub.co and we will investigate immediately.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number via email. Please note that tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after your tracking number is issued.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to all 50 US states. We do not currently ship to US territories, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.
Lost or Stolen Packages
The Correspondence Club is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. If the package cannot be located contact us at info@CorrespondenceClub.co and we will do our best to assist.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged please email us at info@CorrespondenceClub.co within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage. We will send a replacement immediately at no cost to you.
Address Changes
Once an order has been placed we cannot guarantee address changes. Contact us immediately at info@CorrespondenceClub.co if you need to update your shipping address and we will do our best to accommodate your request before the order ships.
